Invite your team to participate in training. With a good plan this can be a very rewarding and team building activity. Start with a team meeting to generate ideas for training. Generally 15 to 20 ideas is a good start.  Then, identify the objectives for each idea. At this point some ideas may be eliminated. Make sure all ideas are relevant to the business purpose and will enhance your team's perspective.

Then, the fun begins. Ask team members to take an idea and lead the training at a designated time. Realize for some this will be a difficult task. Offer to coach them individually with material preparation, planning and execution of the training session. Good luck with a new perspective on training your team.
