My technical skills work best in operations, project management, business analysis or marketing operations roles for digital transformation, system enhancements, onboarding new systems, and operational gap analysis change management.
I have built my career on learning and evolving my technical skills, project manager roles and mentoring team members. From database marketing to project manager roles, I have earned multiple promotions leading to executive management
My strengths are operations, client services, business analysis, and digital marketing operations. My continuous learning spans leadership, mentoring, marketing, and corporate strategy. My leadership skills include business operations, hiring manager, vendor governance, program management, and budgetary responsibilities in Fortune 50 and startups. As a leader, I think strategically, act swiftly and drive results through continuous improvement in quality and efficiency with a client focus.
